Which elastic bandage width should I buy?

Four inches for most ankles, knees and elbows; two or three for wrists and hands; six for thighs and the torso. See elastic wraps.

Does self-adhesive wrap stick to hair?

No — it sticks only to itself, so it peels off without pulling.

Why do several wrap packs share one photo?

The same roll comes in many counts and colors. The pack count and width are in the product name.

Are the gauze pads sterile?

The pads are labeled sterile in sealed pouches; the rolls are individually packed.

Can closure strips go on any cut?

Only small, clean, shallow cuts. Deep, gaping or dirty wounds need a clinician — see before you reach for the drawer.

Can the aftercare film go on a fresh tattoo?

That is what it is made for; follow your artist's instructions on how long to keep it on.

Kinesiology tape or athletic tape?

Kinesiology tape stretches and moves with you; athletic tape is rigid and holds a joint still.

Which earplugs block the most noise?

The foam plugs, rated NRR 32 dB. Silicone plugs are rated 25 dB and reusable.

Are the lip balms individually sealed?

Yes, every stick is sealed.
