Why the woven roll still earns its spot

An elastic wrap is the first thing most of us reach for after a rolled ankle or a long shift on the feet. It gives even, adjustable compression, it washes, and it goes back in the drawer for next time. Ours come with self-closing hook-and-loop ends, so there are no metal clips to lose under the couch.

Picking a width

Two and three inches suit wrists, hands and kids. Four inches is the everyday width for ankles, knees and elbows. Six inches covers thighs, calves and the torso. If you are not sure, the mixed 8-pack gives you two of each and settles the question.

How tight should an elastic bandage be?

Snug, never numbing. Start below the injury, overlap each turn by about half, and loosen it at once if toes or fingers tingle, turn pale or go cold.

Can I wash these wraps?

Yes. Hand-wash in cool water, press out the water and let the roll dry flat. Most rolls keep their stretch through many washes.
