The fabric is soft, light and latex-free, so it sits comfortably against skin through a long afternoon. Hook-and-loop tabs at both ends hold the wrap where you put it — no metal clips to lose under the couch. It goes around a leg, knee, wrist or middle, and it holds a hot or cold pack in place. When it gets grubby, wash it and roll it back up.
