Caregivers taught us this one. When skin is thin, every tape change matters. These dressings use a soft silicone contact layer that holds without biting, and a waterproof outer film so showers are less of a production. Each 3.2 by 4 inch pad is individually sealed, and twenty-four in a box covers a stretch of regular changes.

Inside are five layers: a breathable PU film, an absorbent core, a non-woven layer, a cushioning pad and the silicone contact face. The 2 mm foam holds up to fifteen times its weight in fluid, which means fewer changes and less soggy skin around the edges. It is latex-free and lets air and moisture vapor pass through.
