Krinkle gauze is the thicker cousin of plain gauze. Each roll here stacks six plies of 100% cotton, and the crinkled texture traps tiny pockets of air that help pull fluid away and keep a dressing feeling dry. It also gives a soft, padded layer, which is why many people like it under a compression wrap or over a tender spot.

Every roll has gone through a sterilization process and is sealed in its own pouch, so it stays clean until you tear it open. Four inches wide and about 3.2 yards long, it stretches to follow fingers, toes, arms and legs. It is latex-free, it does not stick to the wound, and it comes away without fuss when it is time for a fresh one.
